"After dealing with a different glass company that had nothing but excesses, I gave S & S a shot.
Called for an estimate, talked to Todd. He had me an estimate in a timely manner. Price was right, told him to proceed. They had my insulted double pane unit manufactured and installed in 11 calendar days. Pretty dang quick if you ask me.
When the guys showed up to install the new unit I noticed that one of the corners was not completely sealed by the black outer seal. The manufacturer had not sealed it properly. Gary, one of the guys installing the unit, said he had some sealer with him and he would touch it up. Which he did. He also took a picture of it before touching it up for documentation. They did a good job. In and out in less than an hour, didn't make a mess.
I don't often need glass work done, but you can bet the next time I do I will call S & S Glass again."
